Sana Bagersh

Chairman of the Board

Sana Bagersh is the CEO of BrandMoxie, which she set up in 2004, and is editor of Abu Dhabi Tempo Magazine which she launched in 2009. Sana is the founder of Tamakkan (2009), a nonprofit organization that supports entrepreneurship and innovation, and Executive Director of the Dream Players (2002), a platform that supports artists and performers. She is also a board member of AmCham and chair of its Women in Business committee, and participants in high level business initiatives, and roundtables, aimed at strengthening trade and the UAE economy.

Sana worked as marketing manager in Thuraya from 1999 to 2006, joining before the company launched its first satellite. Sana set up the marketing communications infrstructure for Thuraya in multiple languages, across all media channels and oversaw integrated campaigns implemented across footprint of 110 countries that included advertising, PR, digital events and roadshows, and relationship marketing. She also provided marketing consulting toservice providers in the Middle East, Africa and Europe for both vertical and horizontal markets, ensuring all global campaigns streamlined and served Thuraya’s business goals.

Sana started her career as a journalist. She worked for five years as a newspaper reporter for Gulf News in the UAE, after which she moved to Seattle, Washington in the USA, for seven years. In Seattle, she worked in a marketing research company called Decision Data, and for a subsidiary of Boeing, before setting up Alla Italia, a gourmet restaurant and a catering company that sold products to clients such as Pasta & Company and Ken’s Markets as well as University of Washington, Microsoft and Bellevue School District.

Sana moved back to the UAE in 1997 for family reasons and was immediately appointed Bureau Chief of Gulf News. She led the teams of reporters and photographers for Abu Dhabi and Al Ain. Besides covering key political and economic assignments and writing her own column, she trained reporters and introduced the “neighborhood reporting scheme” community journalism initiative to promote the idea of user-generated content and engagement.

Nadine

Business Development Associates

Nadine is the Business Development Associates at Synovetics and holds a bachelor degree in Pharmacy and Master Degree in Healthcare management. Prior joining Synovetics she has a 12 years’ experience as a pharmacist in retail and drug store management.

Nadine is responsible for client management of existing and new leads. She participates in trade and public events for networking and to secure new business opportunities to create a pipeline of sales opportunities. She Assist with drafting business plans, sales pitches, presentations, reference material. She works closely with Events operations department and contributes in operational activities such as venue partnerships, liaising and negotiating with vendors, and more. Nadine works closely with management alongside the Sr. Event Manager.

Adrienne Maxine

Events Manager

Adrienne Maxine is the Events Manager of Synovetics and holds a degree on Bachelor of Arts, in Consular & Diplomatic Affairs from De La Salle University, College of Saint Benilde. She joined Synovetics back in 2014 as Events Executive and later on promoted in a span of less than 2 years.

She is responsible for the end to end aspects of event operations ranging from sponsorship marketing, exhibitor acquisition, participants liaison, content management, hospitality coordinator, overseeing marketing creative design and production deliverables as well as outsourcing and management of 3rd party providers. She works closely with the Director of Events & Business Development.

Jilesh Pazaya Purayil

Senior Graphic Designer

Previously, he was employed as Senior Graphic Designer for White and Glossy Advertising Agency wherein he amassed skill and expertise in design, ATL and BTL. He was involved in developing creative work for industries that included education, entertainment and business.

At present, Jilesh is involved in developing branding and marketing solutions for a well-known educational institution, a government organisation and a transportation company. Jilesh is highly experienced at adapting creative output into formats that are suited for digital and internet platforms.

Jilesh has a Diploma in Graphic Design & Multimedia that he got from the College of Commerce at Kannur last 2005. He also earned his Diploma in Fine Arts from Kerala Govt. Certificate Examination in 2002.

Ali Kamran

Events Executive

Ali Kamran is the Events Executive of Synovetics and holds a Bachelors degree of Business Administration in Marketing. He has an extensive 5 years experience in Advertising & Events industry in Pakistan prior joining Synovetics last July 2019.

Ali is responsible for end to end aspect of event operation activities such as liaising and negotiating with vendors and manages service levels, handling logistics, supervising design and content creation for all marketing collateral, production deliverables with direct supervision from Sr. Event Manager.

A strong believer in the power of positive thinking in the workplace and Ali enjoys a good Netflix binge but can also be found eating and on long bike rides on hilly country roads.
